Tenant Service Request

In order to process your service request quickly, we MUST have pictures.

  • Submit all Service issues from a smartphone so you can take pictures from within the Meld Software
  • Take two pictures of each item you are requesting service for.
    • One about 5 feet away
    • The second one from the middle of the room
    • Do NOT take pictures mere inches away for the service issue
  • Give as much of a detailed description as possible.

IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE A DETAILED PICTURES and DESCRIPTION YOU WILL GET THE MELD BACK ASKING FOR THOSE ITEMS. WE NO
LONGER CAN ACCEPT MELDS WITHOUT PICTURES AND A DETAILED DESCRIPTION

In order to expedite your request, we must have photographs and a clear and detailed description of your issue. We use this information in order to accurately assess the needs of the property and dispatch the correct professional.

After creating your Meld, add photographs in the box at the bottom of your service Meld. If you do not include a detailed description and photographs we will request these items prior to processing and this may cause a delay. If you would like to propose a scheduled date for your service please click YES to wanting to be present for the service and it will give options to schedule a date and time. Please propose times M-F 8-5 for faster scheduling. If you choose not to be present for service this gives our service team permission to enter and resolve your matter when their schedule allows.

If you are reporting lack of heat during outdoor temperatures lower than 50 ° or an active water leak outside of normal
business hours please call our 24/7 emergency service line at 616-965-2300.

If You Smell or Suspect a Natural Gas Leak:

  1. Leave the area immediately.
  2. Go to an outside location where you can no longer smell natural gas.
  3. Call the DTE dedicated natural gas leak hotline 24/7 at 800-947-5000.

For all other matters submit your service request on your smartphone at the link below.
