For clients enrolled in the Rent Shield, United Properties will pay you for the amount of unpaid rent, up to, but not exceeding the equivalent of two months’ rent as specified in the existing tenant lease agreement.
100% reimbursement for up to 2 months of rent- Cost: 25% of one month’s rent.
Enrollment in the Rent Collection Guarantee is permitted for United Properties placed tenants or after 6 months of management for non-United Properties placed tenants.
